Barracuda is very proud of the quality of the food sold in our pubs which offers great value for money for our customers. And it seems the industry thinks so too as Barracuda won the Publican's Food & Drink Pub Company of the Year at the end 2010. There are a variety of menus which are designed to suit their local market place and which are constantly revised and redesigned to reflect seasonal opportunities and give customers a fresh, new offer that is highly competitive on the high street.

Smith and Jones menu offers traditional British food with a modern edge. Great pub favourites like fish & chips, delicious hand pressed burgers & great quality pies all sell well however there is something for everyone. It's the little things like putting two types of herbs through our salads to enhance the flavour as well as being generous with the toppings and training the staff to mix it through with the dressing so every fork full is tasty.

Varsity menu is slightly more edgy, embraces fun and offers a range of sharing options such as the Varsity bucket range which is perfect for the student market. Currently Varsity is embracing the 'sharing' food trend more fully, with an array of both bar snacks and delicious puddings available for our customers to pick and mix with friends. Some student favourites such as the 'Dirty Rocky Burger' and the all day breakfast are still available, keeping people coming back to Varsity time and time again.

The Cape bars & London pubs design their own menus to really suit their local market place from a bank of dishes created especially for them.
